The invention belongs to the technical field of cable-stayed bridge construction, and particularly relates to a cable-stayed bridge prestressed concrete box girder interval pouring rapid construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, box girder division and prefabrication preparation: firstly, according to design requirements and a cable-stayed bridge structure, dividing a whole bridge section into box girder sections with proper sizes; according to the rapid construction method for interval pouring of the prestressed concrete box girders of the cable-stayed bridge, by arranging an interval pouring mode, the curing time of concrete is fully utilized, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, and quality control and structural safety are facilitated through independent pouring and prestress tensioning of each box girder section; compared with continuous pouring, interval pouring can reduce the requirement for a construction site, the construction difficulty and cost are reduced, and therefore the effect that the cable-stayed bridge is rapidly and safely constructed is achieved.

    本发明属于斜拉桥施工技术领域,尤其是一种斜拉桥预应力混凝土箱梁间隔浇筑快速施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、箱梁划分与预制准备,首先,根据设计要求和斜拉桥结构,将整个桥梁分段划分成适当大小的箱梁段落。该斜拉桥预应力混凝土箱梁间隔浇筑快速施工方法,通过设置通过间隔浇筑的方式,充分利用混凝土的固化时间,提高了施工效率,缩短了施工周期,并通过每个箱梁段落独立浇筑和预应力张拉,有利于质量控制和结构安全性,相较于连续浇筑,间隔浇筑可以减少对施工现场的要求,降低了施工难度和成本,从而达到对斜拉桥进行快速安全地进行施工的效果。
