The invention provides a turnover mechanism for a large girder of a crane. The turnover mechanism specifically comprises a support, a turnover mechanism body, a locking mechanism and a supporting mechanism. Wherein the support is fixed on a foundation through a foundation bolt, and the connecting rod can prevent the turnover mechanism from interfering with the support; the turnover mechanism is connected to the support through a hinge, the structure of the movable plate is adopted, the turnover device can be suitable for turnover of main beams with different sectional dimensions, and the main beams can be conveniently and rapidly placed into the turnover mechanism; the locking mechanism is mounted on the turnover mechanism, the main beam can be locked by rotating a nut of the locking mechanism, and it is ensured that the main beam cannot move in the turnover process; the supporting mechanism can be conveniently moved to ensure supporting of the main beam in different postures; the main beam can be overturned by 90 degrees,-90 degrees and-180 degrees, it is ensured that each face of the main beam can be in a horizontal state so that horizontal welding can be achieved, and the main beam is in a normal position after being overturned so that follow-up procedures can be conveniently carried out. The workshop crane is matched with the overturning mechanism to achieve overturning of the main beam, and the overturning efficiency and the welding quality are effectively improved.

    本发明提出一种起重机大型主梁翻转机构,具体包括支座、翻转机构、锁紧机构和支撑机构。其中支座通过地脚螺栓固定在地基上,连杆能够避免翻转机构与支座发生干涉;翻转机构通过铰链连接在支座上,采用活动板的结构能够适用于不同截面尺寸主梁的翻转,并能使主梁方便快捷放入翻转机构;锁紧机构安装在翻转机构上,通过旋转锁紧机构螺母能够使主梁锁定,确保主梁在翻转过程中不会发生窜动;支撑机构能够方便移动确保主梁不同姿态的支撑;能够实现主梁翻转90°、‑90°和‑180°,确保主梁每个面都能达到水平状态以实现平位焊接,且主梁翻转完成后处于正位便于进行后续工序。本发明通过车间起重机配合翻转机构实现主梁的翻转,有效提高了翻转效率和焊接质量。
