The invention discloses a T-beam hoisting device and method.The T-beam hoisting device comprises a base used for supporting a beam rib of a T-beam, and the base is provided with a groove lower than the bottom of the beam rib; the beam rib clamp comprises U-shaped rod pieces and clamping plates, the middles of the U-shaped rod pieces are hinged to the bottom of the groove in a shear type structure, and the two ends of each U-shaped rod piece are each rotationally connected with one clamping plate; the flange protection plates wrap the two sides of the T-beam flange, and rope grooves are formed in the outer sides of the flange protection plates; the lower ends of the steel wire ropes are connected with the base and hung below the hanging beam. The problems that in the T-beam hoisting process, corners of the T-beam are damaged, hoisting is unstable and the like are solved, the stress uniformity of the beam ribs is improved by arranging the bases, the bases and the T-beam are fixed through the beam rib clamps, the T-beam is prevented from shaking, the flanges of the T-beam are protected and limited through the flange protection plates, stable hoisting of the T-beam can be achieved, and the T-beam hoisting efficiency is improved. And moreover, the flanges and the corners of the beam ribs can be protected and prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开了T梁吊装装置及吊装方法,其中装置包括:底座,其用于支撑T梁的梁肋,所述底座设置有低于所述梁肋底部的凹槽;梁肋夹具,其包括U型杆件和夹板,一对所述U型杆件的中间以剪式结构铰接于所述凹槽底部,U型杆件的两端均可转动连接有一块夹板;翼缘护板,包裹在T梁翼缘两侧,翼缘护板的外侧开设有绳槽;根钢丝绳的下端连接底座并悬挂于吊梁下。本发明克服了T梁吊装过程中T梁边角受损、吊装不稳等问题,通过设置底座增加梁肋的受力均匀性,设置梁肋夹具将底座与T梁固定,防止T梁晃动,并用翼缘护板对T梁翼缘进行保护和限位,可以实现T梁的平稳吊装,且能对翼缘和梁肋的边角起到保护作用防止其破损。
