The aluminum alloy girder comprises a front section structure, a gooseneck structure and a rear section structure, the front section structure and the rear section structure are I-shaped aluminum structures; the gooseneck structure comprises a gooseneck upper wing plate structure and a gooseneck lower wing plate structure; the gooseneck upper wing plate structure comprises an upper wing plate front end part, an upper wing plate arc-shaped part and an upper wing plate rear end part which are connected in sequence; the top surface of the front end part of the upper wing plate is propped against the bottom surface of the front-section upper wing plate, and the bottom surface of the rear end part of the upper wing plate is propped against the top surface of the rear-end upper wing plate; the gooseneck lower wing plate structure comprises a lower wing plate front end part, a lower wing plate arc-shaped part and a lower wing plate rear end part which are connected in sequence; the top face of the front end of the lower wing plate abuts against the bottom face of the front section lower wing plate, and the top face of the rear end of the lower wing plate abuts against the top face of the rear end lower wing plate. Structural structure defects and deformation caused by welding can be reduced, the welding workload is reduced, and compared with a traditional girder, the girder is more reliable and more environmentally friendly.
本发明公开了本发明提供集装箱运输半挂车铝合金大梁,包括:前段结构、鹅颈结构和后段结构;前段结构和后段结构均为工字铝结构;鹅颈结构,其包括鹅颈上翼板结构和鹅颈下翼板结构;所述鹅颈上翼板结构包括依次连接的上翼板前端部、上翼板弧形部以及上翼板后端部;上翼板前端部的顶面与前段上翼板的底面抵接,上翼板后端部的底面与后端上翼板的顶面抵接;所述鹅颈下翼板结构包括依次连接的下翼板前端部、下翼板弧形部和下翼板后端部;下翼板前端部的顶面与前段下翼板的底面抵接,下翼板后端部的顶面与后端下翼板的顶面抵接。本发明能够减少因为焊接造成的结构组织缺陷和变形、减少焊接工作量,相对于传统大梁更加可靠更加环保。
