The invention discloses an articulated tracked vehicle steering mechanism and a steering control method thereof. The invention discloses a walking steering device of a hinged crawler and a control method. The whole structure of the vehicle can be divided into a front vehicle body (1), a hinged mechanism (2), a rear vehicle body (3), a front vehicle walking chassis (4) and a rear vehicle walking chassis (5). A precise regulation and control mechanism of a valve-controlled asymmetric hydraulic actuator (namely an asymmetric hydraulic oil cylinder) is adopted, so that fluid power output by a high-pressure hydraulic pump controls the opening and closing states and the flow direction switching of a reversing valve (or a direction control valve) after being intelligently analyzed by a steering control unit (ECU) under precise guidance of a signal input by a steering wheel. According to the process, the flow direction and the flow of oil in the steering hydraulic system are finely adjusted, high-precision execution of the steering action is ensured, and the strict requirements of the vehicle on steering sensitivity and accuracy under different driving conditions are met; and the method has important practical significance on design and optimization of a vehicle structure and improvement of maneuvering flexibility and trafficability.

    一种铰接式履带车辆转向机构及其转向控制方法。本发明公开了一种铰接式履带车行走转向装置及控制方法,车辆整体构型可划分为前车体(1)、铰接机构(2)、后车体(3)、前车行走底盘(4)、后车行走底盘(5)。通过采用阀控非对称液压作动器(即非对称液压油缸)的精密调控机制,实现由高压液压泵输出的流体动力,在方向盘输入信号的精确引导下,经由转向控制单元(ECU)智能解析后,控制换向阀(或称为方向控制阀)的开启与关闭状态及流向切换。这一过程不仅精细地调节了转向液压系统中油液流向与流量的大小,还确保了转向动作的高精度执行,满足了车辆在不同驾驶条件下对转向灵敏度和准确性的严格要求,对车辆结构的设计与优化、提高机动灵活性和通过性具有重要的现实意义。
