The invention provides a wheel steering device for steering by using a worm gear and a worm, which comprises a package frame upper plate, a package frame side plate, a package frame lower plate, an absolute value encoder, a worm gear, a worm, a worm hydraulic driving motor and a tire hydraulic driving motor, and the package frame upper plate, the package frame side plate and the package frame lower plate are sequentially connected to form a C-shaped plate structure; the worm gear is mounted on the wrapping frame upper plate and is connected with the tire; the motor rotating frame is of a C-shaped structure, is mounted on the worm gear and synchronously rotates along with the worm gear, and the tire hydraulic driving motor is mounted in the motor rotating frame and connected with the tire; the worm gear is meshed with the worm, the control end of the worm is connected with the worm hydraulic driving motor, the worm hydraulic driving motor drives the worm to rotate and drives the worm gear to rotate, the worm is connected and fixed with the absolute value encoder, and the absolute value encoder is used for recording the number of rotation turns of the worm. Steering wheels are accurately controlled, space is saved, and meanwhile left-right steering and advancing and retreating of tires are achieved.
本发明提供了一种利用蜗轮蜗杆进行转向的车轮转向装置,包括包裹架上板、包裹架侧板、包裹架下板、绝对值编码器、蜗轮、蜗杆、蜗杆液压驱动马达和轮胎液压驱动马达,包裹架上板、包裹架侧板、包裹架下板依次连接形成C型板结构;蜗轮安装在包裹架上板,蜗轮与轮胎连接;马达旋转架为C型结构,安装在蜗轮上并随蜗轮同步转动,轮胎液压驱动马达安装在马达旋转架内并与轮胎连接;蜗轮和蜗杆相啮合,蜗杆的控制端连接蜗杆液压驱动马达,蜗杆液压驱动马达驱动蜗杆转动并带动蜗轮转动,蜗杆与绝对值编码器连接并固定,绝对值编码器用于记录蜗杆旋转圈数。本发明对转向车轮的控制精准,节省空间,同时实现轮胎的左右转向和前进后退。
