According to the mounting structure of the redundant brake unit, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in a supporting piece, a first mounting part, a second mounting part, a third mounting part and a fourth mounting part are correspondingly formed in the positions where the connecting holes are formed, the first mounting part is connected with a motor support, and the second mounting part and the third mounting part are connected with different side walls of a vehicle frame; the fourth mounting part is connected with the redundant braking unit, and the supporting piece is a plastic piece; the damping piece is arranged in the connecting hole. The redundant brake unit and the motor support are both installed on the supporting piece through the vibration reduction piece, and therefore transmission of vibration energy is reduced; the supporting piece is formed into a plastic piece, so that vibration and noise can be further effectively reduced, and the precision and comfort of the whole vehicle are greatly improved; in addition, the weight of the supporting piece is far smaller than that of a traditional metal support, and the light weight of the whole vehicle is greatly improved.
本发明涉及车辆装配技术领域,尤其是涉及一种冗余制动单元的安装结构、制动系统及车辆。冗余制动单元的安装结构包括:支撑件设置有多个连接孔,设置有连接孔的位置对应地形成为第一安装部、第二安装部、第三安装部和第四安装部,第一安装部与电机支架连接,第二安装部和第三安装部与车架的不同侧壁连接,第四安装部与冗余制动单元连接,支撑件为塑料件;减振件设置于连接孔。本发明的冗余制动单元和电机支架均经由减振件安装在支撑件上,如此减少了振动能量的传播;支撑件形成为塑料件,能够更进一步地有效降低振动和噪音,极大地提高了整车的精良性和舒适性;此外,支撑件在重量方面远小于传统的金属支架,大大提高了整车的轻量化。
