The invention provides a rapid internal heating battery system and method for a battery. A vehicle control unit is connected with a battery pack, a DC/DC and a low-voltage battery through lines; the battery pack comprises a power battery, a battery management system, a PDU, a charging and discharging interface, a heating interface and a low-voltage interface, the power battery, the charging and discharging PDU and the charging and discharging interface are connected through a charging and discharging loop, and the power battery, the self-heating PDU and the heating interface are connected through a heating loop; as long as the SOC of the low-voltage battery is larger than the set value, the power battery can be rapidly internally heated, the temperature of the battery is increased, and the battery is prevented from working in a low-temperature area; the power battery adopts an internal nickel sheet self-heating battery cell with double heating electrodes, has high heating rate and high heating efficiency, and can be rapidly heated to an ideal state under the condition of very low energy consumption; and the heating loop is only controlled by one self-heating PDU, so that the cost of the switching device is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the reliability of the switching device is also improved.

    本发明提供了一种电池快速内加热电池系统及方法,整车控制器通过线路分别与电池包、DC/DC和低压电池连接;电池包包括动力电池、电池管理系统、PDU、充放电接口、加热接口和低压接口,动力电池、充放电PDU和充放电接口通过充放电回路连接,动力电池、自加热PDU和加热接口通过加热回路连接;本发明只要低压电池SOC大于设定值,则可对动力电池进行快速内加热,提高电池温度,避免电池在低温区工作;动力电池采用双加热极的内部镍片自加热电芯,其具有高加热速率和高加热效率,在能耗很低的情况下迅速将动力电池温度加热到理想状态;加热回路只有一个自加热PDU控制,大大减少了开关器件的成本,同时又提高了的开关器件的可靠性。
