An electric vehicle rapid circuit breaking device based on a fuse detects heat through a first spring to achieve explosive detonation, a heavy block achieves explosive detonation through inertia, and an electromagnet detects whether the current value of the fuse reaches a threshold value or not through a direct-current mutual inductor. Once the threshold value is reached, the electromagnet is controlled to act so as to detonate the explosive, the electromagnet is controlled to act by combining an electric signal detected by the sensor with the electromagnet driver, and the explosive is detonated in four explosive detonating modes. And the inner punching rod and the outer punching cylinder are driven by the air pressure generated by explosion of the explosive to crush the ceramic shell of the fuse to release the fusing agent so as to realize quick power-off. According to the mode, the current output by the power battery can be cut off under the emergency condition, meanwhile, the fuse cut-off mode is low in cost and low in follow-up maintenance cost, meanwhile, the fuse can be normally used in a fusing mode due to the fact that the current is too large, and therefore five functions are achieved, the function integration degree is very high, and the application range is wide. And the device has the advantages of low cost, high safety, rapid current cut-off and the like.

    一种基于熔断器的电动汽车快速断路装置,其通过第一弹簧探测热量实现炸药引爆、重块通过惯性实现炸药引爆,电磁铁利用直流互感器探测到熔断器的电流值是否达到阈值,一旦达到阈值就控制电磁铁做出动作以实现炸药引爆、通过传感器探测的电信号结合电磁铁驱动器控制电磁铁动作,实现炸药引爆四种方式引爆炸药,再利用炸药爆炸的气压驱使内冲杆、外冲筒挤碎熔断器的陶瓷壳释放熔断剂实现快速断电。这种方式可以实现紧急情况下切断动力电池对外输出的电流,同时利用熔断器切断的方式成本比较低,后续维修成本低,同时熔断器也可以作为电流过大熔断正常使用,因此具有5种功能,其功能集成度很高,且具有成本低、安全性高、电流切断迅速等优点。
