The method comprises the following steps: acquiring use data of an unmanned aerial vehicle accessing a wide area communication network by using an authorized spectrum and network operation data of the wide area communication network; performing fault correlation positioning according to the use data of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the network operation data, determining a fault correlation type, and determining a corresponding operation and maintenance emergency plan according to the fault correlation type; and matching an optimal operation and maintenance scheme for fault processing according to the operation and maintenance emergency plan. According to the invention, fault association positioning is carried out according to the use data of the unmanned aerial vehicle accessing the wide area communication network and the network operation data of the wide area communication network, the fault association type and the corresponding operation and maintenance emergency plan are determined, and the optimal operation and maintenance scheme for fault processing is matched. Comprehensive analysis of network operation problems and unmanned aerial vehicle operation problems can be facilitated, accurate fault positioning and fault processing are facilitated, and the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种无人机运维管理方法、装置、系统、电子设备及存储介质,包括:获取使用授权频谱接入广域通信网络的无人机的使用数据和所述广域通信网络的网络运行数据;根据所述无人机的使用数据和所述网络运行数据进行故障关联定位,确定故障关联类型,并根据所述故障关联类型确定对应的运维应急预案;根据所述运维应急预案,匹配用于故障处理的最优运维方案。本发明通过根据接入广域通信网络的无人机的使用数据和广域通信网络的网络运行数据进行故障关联定位,确定故障关联类型及对应的运维应急预案,匹配用于故障处理的最优运维方案,可以便于网络运行问题和无人机运行问题的综合分析,有利于精准定位故障和处理故障,提升运维效率。
