The invention discloses a loop change-over valve, a crawler crane chassis hydraulic system and a crawler crane, the loop change-over valve comprises a valve body and a valve core arranged in the valve body, the valve core comprises a valve core oil drainage channel arranged in the valve core, and the valve body comprises an oil drainage port, a valve body oil drainage channel arranged in the valve body, a plurality of oil inlets and a working oil port; the oil inlet is communicated with the corresponding working oil port in the working state, and the working oil port in the non-working state is communicated with the oil drainage port through the valve element oil drainage channel and the valve body oil drainage channel, so that hydraulic oil in the working oil port in the non-working state is discharged, and misoperation is prevented. The problems of leakage, oil mixing and pressure building of a multi-way reversing valve in loop conversion in the prior art are solved, and the risk problems of oil cylinder pressure building and stretching and motor pressure building and rotation of a track transfer oil cylinder, a supporting leg oil cylinder and a walking motor in a chassis hydraulic system of the crawler crane in a non-instruction state due to a loop conversion valve are solved; the reliability of the system is greatly improved, and the requirements of equipment management users on daily inspection and maintenance of the equipment are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种回路转换阀、履带起重机底盘液压系统及履带起重机,回路转换阀包括:阀体和设置在阀体内的阀芯,阀芯包括设置在阀芯内部的阀芯泄油通道,阀体包括泄油口、设置在阀体内部的阀体泄油通道、若干进油口和工作油口;进油口与对应的处于工作状态的工作油口连通,处于非工作状态的工作油口通过阀芯泄油通道、阀体泄油通道与泄油口连通,用于将处于非工作状态的工作油口中的液压油排出,防止造成误动作。本发明解决了现有技术中的多路换向阀在回路转化中的泄漏、串油、憋压问题,解决了履带起重机的底盘液压系统中变轨油缸、支腿油缸、行走马达的因回路转换阀引起的在非指令状态下的油缸憋压与伸缩、马达憋压与旋转的风险问题,使系统可靠性得到极大提升,也降低了设备管理使用者对设备日常检查维护的要求。
