The invention discloses a low-temperature working condition engine starting method and system and a vehicle. The starting method comprises the steps that a power domain controller judges whether an engine is started or not based on first target data and second target data obtained from a power battery controller and a generator controller in real time; if yes, an engine starting request and an oil injection suppression command are sent to the engine management system, meanwhile, the engine is dragged through the generator controller according to the engine starting demand torque, and third target data are obtained from the engine management system in real time; whether the current rotating speed of the engine reaches the optimal starting rotating speed or not is judged based on the third target data, the first target data and the starting rotating speed matrix table; if yes, an oil injection suppression canceling command is sent to an engine management system, and oil injection is conducted to start the engine. According to the method, the rotating speed of the engine at the starting moment follows the matrix table, the engine is quickly started at high rotating speed on the basis of fully protecting the engine and the power battery, and NVH and user experience are improved.

    本发明公开了一种低温工况发动机启动方法、启动系统及车辆。该启动方法包括:动力域控制器基于分别从动力电池控制器和发电机控制器实时获取第一目标数据和第二目标数据判断是否启动发动机;若是,则发送发动机启动请求和喷油抑制命令到发动机管理系统,同时通过发电机控制器以发动机启动需求扭矩拖动发动机,并从发动机管理系实时获取第三目标数据;基于第三目标数据、第一目标数据和启动转速矩阵表判断发动机当前转速是否达到最优启动转速;若是,则发送取消喷油抑制命令到发动机管理系统并进行喷油启动发动机。本发明通过使发动机启动时刻转速遵循矩阵表,在充分保护发动机及动力电池基础上使发动机快速高转速启动,改善了NVH和用户体验。
