The invention provides a tire rubber composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof, in the tire rubber composition, filler comprises white carbon black; the aggregate particle size of the white carbon black is 280-350 nm; the filler dispersing and vulcanizing aid is AQPx, and the general formula of the filler dispersing and vulcanizing aid is [(Rx) m-SiO2.H2O (Ry) n]; wherein Rx is a long-chain branch capable of modifying and grafting the filler, Ry is a short-chain branch capable of being combined with the filler through a hydrogen bond, and m is equal to 0.6-1.2; and n is equal to 1.5 to 2.0. Rx and Ry in the AQPx can be combined with the white carbon black to perform polarity shielding on the white carbon black, so that the white carbon black has good interaction with a polymer main chain in rubber, the interaction of a polymer-filler can be improved, and the compatibility between a rubber molecular chain and the white carbon black is improved; the tire rubber material has the advantages of low hysteresis loss, low heat generation, high wear resistance and high hardness.

    本发明提供了一种轮胎橡胶组合物、其制备方法及应用,轮胎橡胶组合物中,填料包括白炭黑;白炭黑的聚集体粒径为280~350nm;填料分散硫化助剂为AQPx,其通式为[(Rx)m‑SiO2·H2O‥(‥Ry)n];其中,Rx为可对填料进行改性接枝的长支链,Ry为可通过氢键与填料结合的短支链,m=0.6~1.2;n=1.5~2.0。AQPx中的Rx、Ry能够与白炭黑结合,对白炭黑进行极性屏蔽,使白炭黑与橡胶中聚合物主链之间有良好的相互作用,可以改善聚合物‑填料的相互作用、提高橡胶分子链和白炭黑之间的相容性,使得轮胎橡胶材料具有低滞后损失、低生热、高耐磨性能、高硬度。
