The clamping device capable of ascending, descending and translating is arranged on the travelling crane, the clamping device is provided with the arc-shaped clamping frame, the arc-shaped rack is arranged in the clamping frame, and the rack is driven by the motor to rotate to the opening in the bottom of the clamping frame to seal the opening so that the rack can be arranged on the pipeline of the GIS equipment in a sleeving mode. When the rack rotates, the motor drives the lead screw mechanism to descend so as to drive the lower pressing plate to tightly press the top of the GIS equipment pipeline, so that clamping of the GIS equipment pipeline is achieved, the structure does not need to be completely aligned when clamping the GIS equipment pipeline, and therefore clamping can be achieved only by matching with a distance sensor for rough positioning; and the aligning and clamping speed is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种便于对准的GIS设备起吊机,其升降平台上旋转设有安装支架,安装支架的两侧设有对称的夹取装置,夹取装置包括夹取电机、弧形侧板、设置于侧板内的弧形齿条及下压板,夹取电机可驱动弧形齿条转动并通过丝杠机构驱动下压板下压从而将GIS管道套取并压紧。本申请中通过在行车上设置可升降与平移的夹取装置,夹取装置具有圆弧形夹持架且夹持架内设有圆弧形的齿条,该齿条通过电机驱动而转动至夹持架底部的开口处将该开口封闭以套设于GIS设备的管道上,在齿条转动时电机驱动丝杠机构下降从而带动下压板将GIS设备管道顶部压紧从而实现对GIS设备管道的夹持,该结构在夹取时对GIS设备管道时无需完全对准因此,只需配合距离传感器进行粗略的定位即可实现夹取,大幅提高了对准和夹取的速度。
