The invention provides a multi-state transfer method for a rear girder assembly of a container crane. The multi-state transfer method comprises the steps that S1, the rear girder assembly is manufactured; s2, the weight and the gravity center position of the assembly are calculated according to the working condition state of the rear girder assembly, and a transfer tool and a self-propelled module vehicle of the rear girder assembly are selected; s3, arranging a jig frame according to different working conditions of the rear girder assembly; s4, the needed tool and the self-propelled module vehicle are transported to an infield subassembly site of the rear girder assembly, a transfer tool is arranged, and the self-propelled module vehicle is driven to a designated position; s5, linkage is conducted on the multiple self-propelled module vehicles, meanwhile, the self-propelled module vehicles are used for slowly jacking the rear girder assembly, and the rear girder assembly is integrally jacked to be separated from the jig frame by the set height; and S6, the jig frame is removed after no abnormal condition is detected in a jacking mode. According to the method, the operation time of a wharf coastal part general assembly station is shortened, the hoisting operation cost of a floating crane is saved, meanwhile, idle resources in an inner field are activated, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种集装箱起重机后大梁组件多状态转运方法,其包括:S1、制作后大梁组件;S2、根据后大梁组件的工况状态计算组件的重量及重心位置,选择后大梁组件的转运工装和自行式模块车;S3、根据后大梁组件的不同工况布置胎架;S4、将所需工装及自行式模块车运至后大梁组件的内场部装场地,布置转运工装,并将自行式模块车开至指定位置;S5、将多辆自行式模块车进行联动,同时利用自行式模块车缓慢顶升后大梁组件,将后大梁组件整体顶升脱离胎架设定高度;S6、顶升检查无异常状况后撤除胎架。本发明缩短了码头沿岸部总装工位的作业时间,而且节约了浮吊起重作业费用,同时盘活了内场闲置资源,较大的降低了生产成本。
