The invention discloses a novel offshore photovoltaic wave flow power generation platform, and relates to the field of offshore power generation. Comprising a buoyancy tank, a photovoltaic panel, a rocker power generation device, a mooring column, a turbine power generation device, a front buoyancy tank, a rear buoyancy tank and a mooring unit, and the photovoltaic panel is fixed to the buoyancy tank through a supporting frame; the turbine power generation device is fixed on the mooring column; the upper ends of the mooring units are connected with the mooring columns, and the lower ends are fixed to the seabed to limit the whole device platform. By means of the arrangement mode that the photovoltaic power generation device is arranged on the upper portion, the wave power generation device is arranged in the middle and the ocean current power generation device is arranged on the lower portion, the ocean area can be fully utilized, and a large amount of power is generated with the small occupied sea area as much as possible. The combination form of the three devices mainly depends on a buoyancy tank array structure under a photovoltaic panel, multifunctional utilization of the photovoltaic mooring structure is achieved, meanwhile, wave energy and ocean current energy can be effectively absorbed due to the existence of the wave energy and ocean current energy power generation device, the motion response of the buoyancy tank array caused by seawater waves is reduced, and the energy efficiency is improved. The operation stability of the whole device is facilitated.

    一种新型海上光伏波浪流发电平台,涉及海上发电领域。包括浮箱、光伏板、摇杆发电装置、系泊柱、涡轮发电装置、前浮箱、后浮箱、系泊单元,光伏板通过支撑架固定于浮箱上;涡轮发电装置固定于系泊柱上;系泊单元上端与系泊柱连接,下端固定于海床以限制整个装置平台。本发明通过光伏发电装置在上、波浪发电装置在中、海流发电装置在下的布置形式,可以充分利用海洋面积,用尽量小的占海面积产出大量电力。三种装置的组合形式主要依靠光伏板下的浮箱阵列结构,实现了该光伏系泊结构的多功能利用,同时波浪能和海流能发电装置的存在可以有效吸收波浪能和海流能,减少由于海水波浪带来的浮箱阵列的运动响应,有利于整体装置的运行稳定性。
