The invention discloses a bicycle pedaling frequency and torque sensor which comprises a sensor shell, a circuit board is arranged in the sensor shell, a Bluetooth chip is installed on the circuit board, a high-performance MCU, a high-resolution gyroscope and an accelerometer are arranged in the Bluetooth chip, and the Bluetooth chip is connected with the high-resolution gyroscope and the accelerometer through the circuit board. Angular velocity data of the gyroscope installed at the corresponding position of the center shaft or the crankset is converted into pedal torque data, miniaturization of the torque sensor is achieved, synchronous output of the torque and the pedaling frequency is achieved in combination with the accelerometer, the precision of the pedal torque sensor is improved, and the precision of the pedal torque sensor is improved. In addition, the sensor is convenient to produce and low in installation consistency requirement, the cost can be greatly reduced, and the sensor is very suitable for replacing an existing wired torque sensor.

    本发明公开了一种自行车踏频及力矩传感器,包括传感器外壳,在传感器外壳内设有线路板,在线路板上装有蓝牙芯片,蓝牙芯片内置有高性能MCU、高分辨率的陀螺仪及加速度计,蓝牙芯片与高分辨率的陀螺仪及加速度计通过线路板相互连接,电池通过线路板向蓝牙芯片、高分辨率陀螺仪及加速度计供电,本发明通过将安装于中轴或牙盘相应位置的陀螺仪角速度数据转换成脚踏力矩数据,实现了力矩传感器的小型化,又结合加速度计,实现了力矩和踏频的同步输出,加之此传感器生产方便,安装一致性要求低,可大幅度降低成本,非常适合替代现有的有线力矩传感器。
