The embodiment of the invention provides a train network control system and a trackless train. The system comprises a gateway unit, a switch control unit and a network control subsystem which are arranged in each section of a train, the network control subsystem comprises a first-class subsystem, and the first-class subsystem comprises a central control unit; the gateway unit in any vehicle is connected with a first interface of the switch control unit through a first bus; a second interface of the switch control unit is connected with the network control subsystem through a first bus; the gateway units in any two adjacent vehicles of the train are connected through a second bus; the switch control units in any two adjacent vehicles of the train are connected through a first bus; the central control unit is used for controlling the switch control unit to disconnect a fault point corresponding to fault information according to the fault information when the fault information of the train network control system is detected. The method is used for achieving the effect of improving the communication quality of the train network control system.
