The invention relates to the technical field of locomotive traction devices, in particular to an integrated traction pin device for a railway locomotive, which comprises a traction pin, a traction block and a stopper. The traction pin is a casting part and comprises a pin shaft and a flange plate which are integrally formed. The pin shaft comprises a conical section with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part and a cylindrical section arranged below the conical section; the flange is located at the upper end of the pin shaft and used for being connected with a vehicle body. The traction block is detachably arranged on the cylindrical section in a sleeving mode. The stop piece is installed at the bottom of the cylindrical section and makes contact with the lower end of the traction block. The traction pin is integrally formed, the number of metal elements of different processes and the structural complexity are reduced, and the overall structural weight is reduced while the overall structural strength is guaranteed. The traction block is detachably arranged, so that the universality of the traction device is improved.

    本发明涉及机车牵引装置技术领域,具体涉及一种铁路机车用一体化牵引销装置,其包括:牵引销、牵引块和止挡件。牵引销为铸造件,包括一体成型的销轴和法兰盘。销轴包括上宽下窄的锥形段和设置于锥形段下方的柱形段;法兰盘处于销轴的上端,用于与车体连接。牵引块可拆卸地套设于柱形段。止挡件安装在柱形段的底部,且与牵引块的下端接触。本发明采用将牵引销一体成型制成,降低了不同工艺的金属元件的数量以及结构的复杂程度,在保证整体结构强度的同时,降低整体结构重量。采用可拆卸设置的牵引块,扩大了牵引装置的通用性。
