The invention discloses a vehicle collision early warning method, a vehicle controller and a vehicle. The early warning method comprises the steps that the current first relative distance and the current first relative speed of the vehicle and an obstacle are obtained; according to the first relative distance and the first relative speed, whether the braking system executes active braking or not is judged; when the braking system does not execute active braking, the first target deceleration of the vehicle is obtained; when the first target deceleration is larger than a first preset threshold value, the man-machine interaction system is controlled to send reminding information to a driver; when the deceleration operation of the driver is not detected within the first preset time period, a second target deceleration of the vehicle is obtained; the second target deceleration and the first target deceleration are deceleration corresponding to the vehicle at different moments and required for avoiding collision with the obstacle; and when the second target deceleration is larger than the first preset threshold value, the suspension system is controlled to ascend and descend, so that the vehicle vibrates in the height direction, the risk of secondary accidents is reduced, and the driving safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆碰撞预警方法、车辆控制器及车辆,预警方法包括获取车辆和障碍物当前的第一相对距离和第一相对速度;根据第一相对距离和第一相对速度,判断制动系统是否执行主动制动;当制动系统不执行主动制动时,获取车辆的第一目标减速度;当第一目标减速度大于第一预设阈值时,控制人机交互系统向驾驶员发送提醒信息;当在第一预设时间段内未检测到驾驶员的减速操作时,获取车辆的第二目标减速度;第二目标减速度与第一目标减速度为车辆在不同时刻所对应的避免碰撞障碍物所需要的减速度;当第二目标减速度大于第一预设阈值时,控制悬挂系统进行升降运动,以使车辆在高度方向上振动,降低了发生二次事故的风险,提高了行车的安全性。
