The seat vibration reduction system comprises a seat body, and a vibration reduction mechanism and a vibration reduction regulation and control assembly which are arranged at the bottom of the seat body; the damping mechanism comprises an upper mounting part, a lower mounting part and a linear magnetorheological damper; the upper mounting part is arranged at the bottom of the seat body, and the lower mounting part is correspondingly arranged below the upper mounting part and is in contact with the vibration source; one end of the linear magneto-rheological damper is connected with the upper mounting part, and the other end of the linear magneto-rheological damper is connected with the lower mounting part; or the vibration reduction mechanism comprises an upper mounting part, a lower mounting part, a fork arm supporting piece and a magneto-rheological rotary damper; the rotating end of the magneto-rheological rotating damper is connected with a supporting rod in the fork arm supporting piece, and the fixed end of the magneto-rheological rotating damper is connected with the upper installation component and the lower installation component. The vibration reduction regulation and control assembly can be combined with the vibration reduction mechanism to achieve the level that vibration reduction damping force changes continuously and is controllable.
