The invention discloses a discharging control system and method and a flying vehicle, the discharging control system is applied to the flying vehicle, the flying vehicle comprises a flying structure and a land structure, and the discharging control system comprises a land power module, a flying power module, a range extender and an energy transmission module; wherein the land walking power module is arranged on a land walking structure, the flight power module is arranged on a flight structure, and the range extender is used for supplementing electric energy to the land walking power module and/or the flight power module; the energy transmission module is connected with the land action power module and the flight power module and used for transmitting electric energy provided by the land action power module or the flight power module when the flying vehicle processes the discharging mode, so that the external discharging path of the flight power module is increased, the working frequency of the range extender in the external discharging process is reduced, and the service life of the range extender is prolonged. And the user experience is improved.
