The invention relates to the technical field of insulation resistance measurement, and particularly discloses an insulation fault position positioning device and method, and the device comprises a power battery which is internally provided with a battery pack, an insulation monitoring circuit, a charging relay and a monitoring switch, the insulation monitoring circuit, the charging relay and the monitoring switch work together in a matched mode to conduct insulation detection on ground insulation resistors of all parts of a whole vehicle high-voltage system, and then the whole vehicle insulation fault position is positioned; the quick charging pile is electrically connected with the positive and negative charging ports of the power battery and is used for quickly charging the battery pack; and the battery pack external high-voltage component is electrically connected with the power battery. The insulation monitoring circuit is optimized, and the insulation monitoring circuit, the charging relay and the monitoring switch cooperate to perform insulation detection on the ground insulation resistance of each part of the whole vehicle high-voltage system and position the whole vehicle insulation fault position, so that the insulation fault positioning time can be shortened, the test cost is reduced, and the test efficiency is improved. And influence on user charging due to insulation faults of the quick charging pile can be avoided.

    本发明涉及绝缘电阻测量技术领域,具体公开一种绝缘故障位定位装置及方法,该装置包括:动力电池,内部设置有电池包、绝缘监测电路、充电继电器和监测开关,绝缘监测电路、充电继电器和监测开关一起配合工作用于对整车高压系统各部位对地绝缘电阻进行绝缘检测,进而定位出整车绝缘故障位置;快充桩,与动力电池的正负充电端口电连接,用于为电池包进行快速充电;电池包外高压部件,与动力电池电连接。本发明对绝缘监测电路进行优化,通过绝缘监测电路、充电继电器和监测开关一起配合工作对整车高压系统各部位对地绝缘电阻进行绝缘检测,定位出整车绝缘故障位置,可以缩短绝缘故障定位时间,降低测试成本,可避免因快充桩绝缘故障影响用户充电。
