The invention provides a ship power battery temperature adjusting system and a ship. The ship power battery temperature adjusting system comprises a compressor unit, a refrigerant water pump, a heat exchanger, a temperature adjusting liquid circulating pump set, a proportional three-way valve, a battery temperature control PLC, a temperature sensor and a flow sensor. The compressor unit is matched with the refrigerant water pump, and the outlet water temperature of the compressor unit is controlled to be kept at a first set temperature; the electromagnetic proportional three-way valve controls the amount of circulating water entering the heat exchanger from the compressor unit; the temperature sensor and the flow sensor are used for monitoring the flow and the temperature of cooling water in the temperature adjusting system; and the temperature adjusting liquid circulating pump is used for circulating the cooling water in the temperature adjusting system, performing heat exchange with the heat exchanger, and adjusting the working temperature of the ship power battery to a second set working temperature through the electromagnetic proportional three-way valve. According to the technical scheme, cost is saved through energy conservation and consumption reduction, the overall performance of the battery pack can be effectively improved, navigation safety is guaranteed, and the requirement for sustainable development of the shipping industry is met.

    本发明提供一种船舶动力电池温度调节系统及船舶,包括:压缩机组单元、冷媒水泵、热交换器、调温液循环泵组、比例三通阀、电池温控PLC、温度传感器和流量传感器;压缩机组单元与冷媒水泵配合,控制压缩机组单元的出口水温保持在第一设定温度;电磁比例三通阀控制压缩机组单元进入热交换器的循环水量;温度传感器和流量传感器,监测温度调节系统中冷却水的流量和温度;调温液循环泵,用于将温度调节系统中的冷却水循环、与热交换器进行热量交换,通过电磁比例三通阀将船舶动力电池的工作温度调节至第二设定工作温度。本发明技术方案,通过节能、降耗以节约成本,能够有效提升电池组整体性能,保证航行安全,满足航运业可持续发展的要求。
