The invention discloses a variable-amplitude control valve, a hydraulic system of a lifting working platform and the lifting working platform. The variable-amplitude control valve comprises a first working oil port V1, a third working oil port C1, a second working oil port V2 and a third working oil port V3, the second working oil port V2 is used for being connected with a large cavity of a variable-amplitude oil cylinder, and the fourth working oil port C2 is connected with a small cavity of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder; an inlet of the first one-way valve is connected with a first working oil port V1, and an outlet is connected with an inlet of the stop valve, an inlet of the flow valve and a control end of the flow compensation valve. An outlet of the stop valve is connected with a second working oil port V2; an outlet of the flow valve is connected with an inlet of the flow compensation valve and a spring cavity of the flow compensation valve. An outlet of the flow compensation valve is connected with an oil return opening T and an inlet of an oil supplementing valve, an outlet of the oil supplementing valve is connected with an inlet of a second one-way valve, and an outlet of the second one-way valve is connected with a third working oil opening C1 and a fourth working oil opening C2. The flow compensation valve is used for maintaining the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the flow valve within a set range; the oil supplementing valve and the second one-way valve are used for supplementing oil to the small cavity of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder when the variable-amplitude oil cylinder executes the falling action under the high-load condition. According to the invention, self-adaptive high-efficiency energy-saving control of variable-amplitude falling is realized, the variable-amplitude falling speed is increased, the energy consumption is reduced, and the system safety is improved.

    本发明公开一种变幅控制阀、升降工作平台液压系统及升降工作平台,变幅控制阀包括:用于与主阀连接的第一工作油口V1和第三工作油口C1;用于与变幅油缸的大腔连接的第二工作油口V2、与变幅油缸的小腔连接的第四工作油口C2;第一单向阀的进口连接第一工作油口V1,出口分别连接截止阀的进口、流量阀的进口和流量补偿阀的控制端;截止阀的出口连接第二工作油口V2;流量阀的出口分别连接流量补偿阀的进口和流量补偿阀的弹簧腔;流量补偿阀的出口分别连接回油口T和补油阀的进口,补油阀的出口连接第二单向阀的进口,第二单向阀的出口分别连接第三工作油口C1和第四工作油口C2;流量补偿阀用于维持流量阀的进口与出口之间的压差在设定范围内;补油阀和第二单向阀用于变幅油缸在高负载情况下执行落动作时,向变幅油缸的小腔补油。本发明实现了自适应高效节能控制变幅下落,提升了变幅下落速度,降低了能耗,提高了系统安全性。
