The invention relates to a near electric distance detection and hoisting machinery active early warning brake control method, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a three-dimensional coordinate system by using a coordinate measuring device, acquiring three-dimensional coordinates of a live wire and hoisting machinery, and sending measured and acquired coordinate data to a distance calculation unit through a communication device; calculating the shortest distance between the hoisting equipment and the electrified body through the three-dimensional coordinates; logic judgment is carried out on the shortest distance calculation result and a pre-stored mapping relation between the shortest distance under different voltage grades and alarm braking, an alarm or braking triggering instruction is generated, and finally the communication device outputs the alarm or braking triggering instruction to enable the alarm device to give an alarm or enable the braking device to brake. When the hoisting equipment is close to an electrified body, an operator is prompted to invade a safe distance and pay attention to operation safety, active alarm and active brake control functions of near-electricity operation of the hoisting machinery can be realized, the operation safety risk is effectively reduced, and the safety control quality of an operation site is improved.
本发明涉及一种近电距离检测及起重机械主动预警制动控制方法,使用坐标测量装置建立三维坐标体系,采集带电导线、起重机械的三维坐标,通过通信装置,将测量采集得到的坐标数据发送至距离计算单元,通过三维坐标计算出起重设备与带电体之间的最短距离;再将最短距离计算结果与预先储存的不同电压等级下最短距离与报警制动之间的映射关系进行逻辑判断,生成报警或制动触发指令,最后通过通信装置输出使得报警装置报警或制动装置制动。本发明当起重设备接近带电体时,提示操作人员即将侵犯安全距离,注意操作安全,并能够实现起重机械近电作业的主动告警及主动制动控制功能,有效降低作业安全风险,提升作业现场的安全管控质量。
