The invention provides a stern tube front flange hoisting tool, and relates to the technical field of hoisting tools.The stern tube front flange hoisting tool is characterized in that two T-shaped swing rods are symmetrically and rotationally connected to a second mounting base, the head ends of the two T-shaped swing rods are sleeved with rubber positioning sleeves, and when the two T-shaped swing rods swing, expand and obliquely unfold, the rubber positioning sleeves sleeve the two T-shaped swing rods; the rubber positioning sleeve abuts against and makes contact with the inner wall of the tail shaft pipe flange so as to abut against and fix the threaded force bearing shaft. The threaded propeller shaft is sleeved with a threaded ring in a screwed mode, and the tail ends of the two connecting rods on the second mounting base are rotationally connected with the two T-shaped swing rods correspondingly. The threaded force bearing shaft is sleeved with a rubber outer sleeve, and when the threaded force bearing shaft is matched with the oil hole in an inserted mode, the rubber outer sleeve is arranged between the threaded force bearing shaft and the oil hole in a spaced mode. The threaded bearing shaft and the oil hole can be separated through the rubber outer sleeve, the situation that the threaded bearing shaft makes direct contact with the threads on the inner wall of the oil hole to generate frictional wear is avoided, and compared with the prior art lacking of a thread protection structure, good anti-wear protection can be carried out on the internal threads of the oil hole.

    本发明提供艉管前法兰吊装工装,涉及吊装工装技术领域,包括:第二安装座上对称转动连接有两处T形摆杆,两处T形摆杆的首端均套装有橡胶定位套,两处T形摆杆摆转扩撑倾斜展开时,橡胶定位套与尾轴管法兰的内壁抵靠接触以顶紧固定螺纹承力轴;螺纹推进轴上旋拧套装有螺纹环,第二安装座上两处连杆的尾端对应与两处T形摆杆转动连接;所述螺纹承力轴上套装有橡胶外套,螺纹承力轴与油孔插接配合时,橡胶外套间隔于螺纹承力轴和油孔之间。橡胶外套可将螺纹承力轴和油孔分隔开来,避免螺纹承力轴直接与油孔内壁上螺纹接触产生摩擦磨损,相较于缺少螺纹防护的结构现有技术,能够对油孔的内螺纹实施较好的防磨损保护。
