The invention discloses a satellite passive thermal control structure based on phase change heat storage, which is characterized in that the surface of a to-be-cooled part of a spacecraft is plated with a graphite uniform-heating coating, the surface of the graphite uniform-heating coating is provided with a heat dissipation module, and the heat dissipation module is composed of a plurality of heat dissipation devices; the phase change heat storage pool, the high heat conduction channel, the graphite uniform heat substrate and the radiation refrigeration coating are sequentially arranged from inside to outside. On the basis of a passive thermal control system, a multi-layer heat dissipation module composed of a radiation refrigeration coating, a graphite heat uniformizing layer and a phase change heat storage pool is constructed, the heat dissipation heat resistance is automatically adjusted according to the temperature through the heat storage and heat release properties of material phase change, and the functions of sunny heat dissipation and shady heat preservation are achieved; and normal work of the spaceflight component within a certain temperature range is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于相变蓄热的卫星被动式热控结构,在航天器待散热部件表面镀有石墨匀热镀层,在石墨匀热镀层表面设置有散热模块,所述散热模块由多个散热装置组成,由内到外依次为相变蓄热池、高导热通路、石墨匀热基底、辐射制冷涂层。本发明在被动式热控系统的基础上,构建由辐射制冷涂层+石墨匀热层+相变蓄热池组成的多层散热模块,通过材料相变的蓄热与放热性质,根据温度自动调节散热热阻,实现了向阳散热和背阴保温的功能,保证了航天部件在一定的温度范围内正常工作。
