The invention provides a magnetic-levitation train rail vertical irregularity detection method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a gap value # imgabs1 # and a gap value # imgabs2 # outputted by two suspension gap sensors installed on a suspension electromagnet, and a dip angle # imgabs3 #, a dip angle # imgabs4 # and a dip angle # imgabs5 # outputted by three dip angle sensors when the train mileage is # imgabs0 #; the gap values are corrected through the inclination angle values, corrected gap values # imgabs6 # and # imgabs7 # are obtained, and the inclination angle # imgabs8 # of the suspension electromagnet relative to the rail surface is obtained through calculation; according to the inclination angle # imgabs9 # and the inclination angle # imgabs10 #, the inclination angle # imgabs11 # of the rail surface relative to the horizontal plane is obtained through calculation; according to the length and the inclination angle # imgabs12 # of the suspension electromagnet, the height difference between the two gap detection points of the two suspension gap sensors on the track is calculated; and calculating the vertical irregularity value of the track according to the height difference. According to the invention, the suspension gap measurement error caused by the deformation of the electromagnet can be reduced, and the vertical irregularity condition of the maglev train track can be rapidly and accurately detected.
