The invention relates to a lane departure early warning method and device, equipment, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring lane line deviation influence parameters in a vehicle driving process and a steering wheel hand leaving detection result; wherein the lane line deviation influence parameters comprise vehicle driving parameters and lane line parameters; processing the lane line departure influence parameters through at least two decision trees to obtain lane departure early warning results corresponding to different decision trees; and determining a target early warning result of the vehicle according to the lane departure early warning results and the steering wheel hand leaving detection results corresponding to the at least two decision trees. By adopting the method, the lane departure early warning prompt accuracy can be improved.
