The invention discloses an electric pneumatic pressure modulator, which contains pneumatic control valves, and the pneumatic control valves are in the shape of two independent sleeves, are arranged in a cylindrical cavity of a shell, are positioned in front of an inlet channel and an exhaust channel, and are sealed in the cylindrical cavity by covers. An annular groove of the sleeve is communicated with the concentric cavity through an annular channel, meanwhile, a partition edge is installed in the axial section of the annular groove of the sleeve, the sleeve of the pneumatic valve is connected into a unified component through a sealing connecting piece on a cylindrical partition plate, and an inner cavity of the pneumatic valve is separated through a sealing partition plate which separates an inlet channel from an exhaust channel. Radial reinforcing ribs are arranged in the concentric cavity of the sleeve, and the annular channel is cylindrical and is limited by the reinforcing ribs; the separation edge is a cylindrical groove, is arranged on the surface of the sleeve connected with the cover on one side of the exhaust channel, and is arranged on the surface of the sleeve connected with the shell on one side of the control channel. According to the scheme, the manufacturing convenience of the modulator can be effectively improved under the condition that the reliability of the modulator is not reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动气动压力调制器,其内含气控阀,气控阀呈2个单独的套筒形,安装在壳体的圆柱型腔室内,位于入口通道、排气通道前,并用盖子封闭在其中。套筒的环形槽通过环形通道与同心腔室相通,同时在套筒环形槽轴向截面中安装分隔缘边,气动阀门的套筒通过圆柱形隔板上的密封连接件连接成为一个统一部件,其内腔室使用将入口通道与排气通道隔开的密封隔板隔开。在套筒的同心腔室内安装有径向加强筋,而环形通道呈圆柱形并用加强筋限制;分隔缘边是圆柱形槽,在排气通道一侧的,安装在与盖子相连的套筒表面,在控制通道一侧的,安装在与壳体相连的套筒表面上。本发明方案能够在不降低调制器可靠性的情况下有效提高其制造便捷性。
