The invention relates to a related contactor control method during power dispatching between hand-in-hand charging piles. The method comprises the steps that S100, whether the required power of charging equipment directly connected with a charging gun is larger than the total power of a power module directly connected with the charging gun or not is judged; s200, when the required power of the charging equipment is greater than the total power of the power supply module directly connected with the charging gun, calling the idle power supply module switching power of the charging pile and the adjacent charging pile to the charging gun directly connected with the charging equipment; s300, boosting the called power supply module according to the current charging bus voltage of a charging gun of the direct-connection charging equipment until the difference between the output voltage of the power supply module and the charging bus voltage is within the range of 5V, and controlling a related contactor to be closed; and S400, when the charging demanded power of the charging equipment is reduced, or the charging of the charging equipment is completed, or the power is released due to a charging fault of the charging equipment, releasing the power supply modules occupied in the charging pile and the adjacent charging pile according to a power release priority sequence, firstly closing the output of the occupied power supply modules, and then controlling the related contactors to be switched off. The requirements of different electric automobiles for different output powers can be met, and power output is stable and safe in the power dispatching process between piles.

    本发明涉及一种手拉手充电桩之间功率调度时相关接触器控制方法,包括:S100、判断与充电枪直连的充电设备的需求功率是否大于与充电枪直连的电源模块的总功率;S200、当充电设备的需求功率大于与充电枪直连的电源模块的总功率,则调用本充电桩及相邻充电桩空闲电源模块投切功率给直连充电设备的充电枪;S300、将调用的电源模块根据直连充电设备的充电枪当前充电总线电压进行升压,直至电源模块的输出电压与充电总线电压的差在5V的范围内,则控制相关接触器闭合;S400、当充电设备的充电需求功率降低、或充电设备充电完成、或充电设备出现充电故障导致功率释放,均按照功率释放优先级顺序释放本充电桩及相邻充电桩内占用的电源模块,先将占用的电源模块关闭输出,再控制相关接触器断开。能够满足不同电动汽车对不同输出功率的需求,且桩与桩之间功率调度的过程中功率输出稳定、安全。
