The invention relates to a polymer comprising one or more diene units and bearing along the polymer backbone one or more pendant groups of the following formula (I): # imgabs0 # wherein: D represents a group attached to the polymer backbone; r1 represents a chemical group selected from the group consisting of-OCH3,-OCH2CH3 and-OR3; r2 represents a chemical group selected from the group consisting of-OCH3 and-OR3; with the proviso that R1 or R2 is-OR3; r3 represents a chemical group of formula (II): # imgabs 1 # wherein E represents a divalent C1-C12 hydrocarbon group optionally comprising one or more heteroatoms; x1, X2 and X3 may be the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group or a C6-C14 aryl group; symbol * represents the connection of the chemical group of formula (II) to an oxygen atom. The invention also relates to a composition comprising at least one such polymer, a semi-finished product for a tyre or a tyre comprising at least one such polymer or one such composition.
