The invention provides a vehicle trajectory prediction method based on air calculation and federated learning, and belongs to the field of Internet of Vehicles and machine learning, and the method comprises the steps: randomly and uniformly dividing a training set into a plurality of parts to be distributed to each vehicle; training the S local models by using the training set corresponding to each edge vehicle to obtain gradient data of each local model; each edge vehicle concurrently transmits corresponding local model gradient data to the base station at a maximum uplink reachable information transmission rate, and performs air calculation aggregation to obtain a global model; the base station broadcasts the maximum value of the downlink minimum information transmission rate to issue a global model; and S4, repeating the steps S2 to S4 for set times to obtain a final global model, and verifying the global model by using the verification set. The method is high in prediction precision and low in communication delay, and the federal learning training efficiency is improved.
本发明提供基于空中计算与联邦学习的车辆轨迹预测方法,属于车联网与机器学习领域,包括:将训练集随机均匀划分为多份以分配至各车辆;利用各边缘车辆对应的训练集对S个局部模型进行训练,得到各局部模型的梯度数据;各边缘车辆最大化上行可达信息传输速率并发地向基站传输其对应的局部模型梯度数据,并进行空中计算聚合得到全局模型;基站以下行最小信息传输速率的最大值进行广播以下发全局模型;重复步骤S2至步骤S4设定次数,以得到最终的全局模型,利用验证集对该全局模型进行验证。本发明预测精度高,通信时延低,提高联邦学习训练效率。
