The vehicle license plate identification module is used for automatically identifying, extracting and processing a vehicle license plate, the charging module is used for a user to pay when the user parks and leaves, the mobile client is in network connection with the central control management center by taking a mobile phone app as a carrier and can obtain related information, and through the automatic distribution of vehicles and the arrangement of the mobile client, when the parking lot is managed through the system, the parking lot can be automatically distributed. Parking spaces can be distributed to vehicles driven in or designated by users through the system, so that the parking spaces are more orderly, and unmanned management of the parking lot is facilitated.
