The invention discloses an efficiency-based rail transit station walking system evaluation method, and relates to the field of traffic planning, and the method comprises the steps: determining the range of a rail transit station walking system according to the average walking speed of pedestrians and the acceptable travel time; two evaluation systems of infrastructure and operation level are designed, proper evaluation indexes are selected for the two evaluation systems, and the infrastructure is divided into three types of accessibility, safety and comfort according to the Maslow demand hierarchy theory; a data envelope model with preference constraints is introduced, an infrastructure index is an input index, an operation level index is an output index, and the preference constraints are designed through an analytic hierarchy process; solving the model to obtain an efficiency value and a relative ranking of the rail transit station walking system; and obtaining a walking system improvement scheme of each rail transit station through the projection model. According to the method, the operation level and the infrastructure of the rail transit station walking system are evaluated at the same time, the performance of the walking system is evaluated with the ratio of the operation level and the infrastructure as efficiency, the economical efficiency of government investment is considered, actual engineering application is better met, and development of two green travel modes of rail transit and walking traffic can be better promoted.
本发明公开了一种基于效率的轨道交通站点步行系统评价方法,涉及交通规划领域,该方法包括:根据行人平均步行速度和可接受出行时间确定轨道交通站点步行系统范围;设计基础设施和运行水平两大评价体系,并为其选取适当的评价指标,其中基础设施依据马斯洛需求层次理论分为可达性、安全性和舒适性三种类型;引入带有偏好约束的数据包络模型,基础设施指标为投入指标,运行水平指标为产出指标,同时通过层次分析法设计偏好约束;模型求解得到轨道交通站点步行系统的效率值和相对排名;通过投影模型得到各个轨道交通站点步行系统改善方案。本发明同时评估轨道交通站点步行系统的运行水平和基础设施,以二者的比值作为效率评估步行系统性能,考虑了政府投资的经济性,更符合实际工程应用,能更好地推进轨道交通和步行交通两种绿色出行方式的发展。
