The invention relates to an icing wind tunnel super-cooled large water drop generation system and method, and the system comprises a wind tunnel spraying and testing section, a spraying rake and a super-cooled water drop generator which are disposed at the input end of the wind tunnel spraying and testing section, and a testing model disposed at the output end of the wind tunnel spraying and testing section, and the super-cooled water drop generator is connected with a liquid drop generation and temperature control system and a low-temperature/super-cooled water supply system. And the liquid drop generation and temperature control system is connected with the wind tunnel control system. The supercooled water drop generator is installed on the freezing wind tunnel spray rake, the water supply temperature and pressure are controlled by combining the freezing wind tunnel airflow temperature and the low temperature/supercooled water supply control system, and the liquid drop generation particle size, frequency and temperature are controlled by the liquid drop generation and temperature control system. And direct supercooling of water drops with large particle sizes of 500-2500mu m in a low-temperature airflow environment of an icing wind tunnel is realized.

    一种结冰风洞过冷大水滴发生系统及方法,包括:风洞喷雾及试验段、设置于其输入端的喷雾耙和过冷水滴发生器和设置于其输出端的试验模型,其中:过冷水滴发生器分别与液滴发生及温度控制系统和低温/过冷供水系统相连,液滴发生及温度控制系统与风洞控制系统相连。本发明通过在结冰风洞喷雾耙安装过冷水滴发生器,结合结冰风洞气流温度、低温/过冷水供应控制系统对供水温度与压力进行控制、液滴发生及温度控制系统对液滴发生粒径、频率及温度进行控制,实现在结冰风洞低温气流环境下500μm至2500μm大粒径水滴直接过冷发生。
