The invention discloses a crawler crane one-key leveling system and a hoisting error compensation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of crane leveling systems. The one-key leveling system comprises four supporting legs symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the vehicle body support, each supporting leg comprises an outer leg and an inner leg, and each supporting leg is provided with a direct-drive electro-hydrostatic actuator used for driving the corresponding outer leg to stretch out and draw back. The control assembly is used for controlling the four supporting legs to rotate front and back on the two sides of the vehicle body support and controlling the inner legs to stretch out and draw back in the corresponding outer legs. The independent electro-hydrostatic actuator is adopted as a driving unit for stretching and retracting of the outer leg of the four-point leveling supporting leg, certain flexibility is achieved, the structure is more compact, no strong relevance exists between the supporting legs on a hardware system, and the problem that a whole vehicle leveling system loses functions due to failure of a main hydraulic system is completely solved; according to the hoisting error compensation method, the hoisting error is accurately compensated by compensating the extension length of the cargo boom, and the hoisting precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种履带式起重机一键调平系统及其吊装误差补偿方法,属于起重机调平系统技术领域。所述一键调平系统包括对称设置在车体支架两侧的四个支腿,每个支腿均包括外腿和内腿,每个支腿上均设有用于驱动外腿伸缩的直驱式电静液作动器;还包括用于控制四个支腿在车体支架两侧前后转动,以及用于控制内腿在对应外腿中伸缩的控制组件。本发明采用独立式电静液作动器作为四点式调平支腿外腿伸缩的驱动单元,具有一定的灵活性,结构更加紧凑,支腿之间在硬件系统上无强关联性,完全克服因主液压系统失效而导致整车调平系统丧失功能的问题;吊装误差补偿方法通过补偿起重臂伸出长度实现对吊装误差的精准补偿,提高了吊装精度。
