And the optimal lifting capacity and the maximum safety coefficient state of the crane in the lifting operation process are realized.

    本发明公开了一种工况自适应的变位平衡重控制方法、系统以及起重机,属于起重机技术领域,所述控制方法包括:判断起重机当前吊装状态是否稳定,若稳定,执行吊装操作,若不稳定,计算预计变位位置下的变位平衡重伸出长度;判断预计变位位置下的变位平衡重伸出长度是否在允许范围内,若在允许范围内,执行变位平衡重变位操作至预计变位位置,若不在允许范围内,获取当前变位平衡重与起重机吊臂之间的夹角;判断当前变位平衡重与起重机吊臂之间的夹角是否为最优夹角,若是最优夹角,向外界示警吊装工况不满足,若不是最优夹角,朝向最优夹角的角度方向执行变位平衡重回转操作,使起重机在吊装作业过程中实现了最佳起重能力和最大安全系数状态。
