The double-engine-belt transmission type four-tilt-rotor aircraft transmission system comprises a front side horizontal shaft unit, a rear side horizontal shaft unit and a middle speed reduction unit connected between the front side horizontal shaft unit and the rear side horizontal shaft unit in a transmission mode. The corresponding positions of the front side horizontal shaft unit and the rear side horizontal shaft unit are connected with a front side engine output speed reduction unit and a rear side engine output speed reduction unit through synchronous belt wheels correspondingly. The left side and the right side of the front side horizontal shaft unit and the left side and the right side of the rear side horizontal shaft unit are symmetrically connected with a front rotor wing tilting speed reduction reversing unit and a rear rotor wing tilting speed reduction reversing unit correspondingly. According to the transmission system, two engines are adopted for output, power is transmitted to rotors on the two sides through a synchronous belt and a horizontal shaft unit, and dual-power input and four-direction power output are achieved; the configuration design of the double-engine four-tilt rotorcraft is favorable for reducing the volume of the helicopter and realizing miniaturization design, and meanwhile, the four-rotor design is favorable for reducing the weight of the system and improving the load capacity of the system.
