The compound plate penetration piece is welded to the position of the penetration hole in a sealed mode; pipe support installation, wherein a plurality of pipe supports are arranged on the ship body in the extending direction of the control pipeline at intervals; clamping sleeve connectors are installed, the control pipes needing to be in butt joint are in butt joint through the clamping sleeve connectors, and the clamping sleeve connectors are installed at the two ends of the connector pipe; the control pipeline is assembled, the control pipe is erected on the pipe support, and the control pipe needing to penetrate through the cabin is in butt joint with the clamping sleeve connector at the end of the connector pipe to form the control pipeline. The clamping sleeve can be prevented from being broken, so that the labor intensity is reduced, and the debugging progress is ensured.
