The relative position between the photovoltaic power generation part and the floating frame can be adjusted, and the photovoltaic power generation part can be lifted; and meanwhile, when the tension rope is loosened, the photovoltaic power generation part can rapidly stretch to form a ring shape, the photovoltaic power generation part is driven to rotate by driving a water pump, rotary cleaning of the photovoltaic power generation panel is achieved, and efficient use of the photovoltaic power generation part is guaranteed.
