An intelligent traffic vehicle comprises at least one carriage, a plurality of photographing modules, a plurality of broadcasting modules, a power module and a control module. The at least one compartment comprises a plurality of areas, the photographing modules are used for capturing a plurality of images from the areas respectively, and the broadcasting modules are used for conducting directional broadcasting on the areas respectively. The control module is electrically connected with the photographing modules, the broadcasting modules and the power module, carries out image recognition on the images to judge a gait mode of each passenger of the images, generates a slow starting operation instruction when judging that the gait mode of the passenger meets a slow starting operation condition, and sends the slow starting operation instruction to the control module. Therefore, the power output by the power module is reduced and the time duration in the low-speed interval is prolonged in the process from the static state to the start advancing of the power module.

    一种智能交通载具包含至少一车厢、多个摄影模块、多个播音模块、一动力模块、及一控制模块。该至少一车厢共包括多个区域,该些摄影模块用于分别对该些区域撷取多个影像,该些播音模块用于分别对该些区域作定向广播。该控制模块电连接该些摄影模块、该些播音模块、及该动力模块,并对该些影像作影像辨识,以判断该些影像的每一乘客之一步态模式,当判断该乘客的该步态模式符合一缓起步运行条件时,产生一缓起步运行指令,使得该动力模块据以在静止到启动前进的过程中,降低该动力模块所输出的功率及延长在低速区间的时间长度。
