本发明公开了一种模块化装配轻量化车厢,涉及车厢技术领域,包括采用铝合金材料制成的顶板、底板、侧板、前板、门框板和连接框架,所述顶板、底板、侧板、前板和门框板分别固定连接于连接框架的外部围设成厢体,所述连接框架的顶部和底部均固定连接有位于连接框架外侧的包边框。本发明通过设置有连接框架并将顶板、底板、侧板、前板和门框板呈合围设置于连接框架的外侧并利用包边框配合立柱对其进行进一步限定,通过采用铆接配合栓接的方式替代顶板、底板、侧板、前板和门框板与连接框架进行焊接,从而避免焊接热影响区强度下降较大且存在较大的焊接变形的问题,以保证车厢的轻量化及强度。
