And a half shaft avoiding hole penetrating through the middle part is formed in the middle part. Firstly, the hollow steering knuckle is arranged to be a hollow component, so that the overall mass of the device is greatly reduced, meanwhile, in the manufacturing process, a plurality of positioning holes are formed, the device can be better positioned in the die casting process conveniently, the overall precision of the component after die casting is improved, and the unsprung mass and the total weight of a vehicle are reduced advantageously; the response speed and stability of the suspension system of the vehicle are improved, and the driving comfort and controllability are improved.

    本发明涉及一种一体化低压铸造空心转向节,包含转向节主体,所述转向节主体的后侧向内凹陷形成槽型的镂空区,所述转向节主体的后侧右上角突出设有第一突出部,其后侧左下角突出设有第二突出部,右下角突出设有第三突出部,中部设有前后贯穿其的半轴避让孔。首先将空心转向节设置为中空的构件,从而极大的减轻了装置整体的质量,同时在制造过程中,设置了多个定位孔,方便装置在压铸过程中能够更好的定位,以提高压铸后构件整体的精度,有助于减轻车辆的簧下质量和总重量,改善车辆的悬挂系统响应速度和稳定性,提升驾驶舒适性和操控性。
