The method comprises the following steps that S1, a VCU is powered on and initialized; s2, whether the driving mode selected by the driver is enhanced is judged, if yes, the step S3 is executed, and if not, the step S3 is repeated; s3, judging whether the SOC of the battery is greater than a threshold value (the whole vehicle has no serious fault, and the APU system has no power reduction operation fault), if so, entering the step S4, and if not, repeating the step; s4, judging whether the driving power is smaller than or equal to the peak discharge capacity of the battery or whether the APU power generation power is larger than or equal to the total power demand of the whole vehicle, if yes, entering the step S5, and if not, entering the step S6; s5, entering first-stage fixed-point power generation control; and S6, entering second-stage fixed-point power generation control. According to the method, the problem that the NVH performance becomes poor and the car using experience of customers is affected due to repeated transverse jumping of the engine rotating speed after the fixed-point control enters the following control is solved.
