The air protection ring comprises an air protection cylinder used for being connected with the air protection cover, an installation disc and air inlet grilles, the air protection cover is provided with a through hole opposite to an inner hole of the air protection cylinder, the installation disc is located in the middle of the front end of the air protection cylinder, and the circumferential direction of the installation disc is connected with the inner wall of the air protection cylinder through the multiple air inlet grilles. A three-phase alternating-current motor of the high-voltage electronic fan is electrically connected with the power battery through the motor controller, and a fan body of the high-voltage electronic fan is arranged at the front end of an output shaft of the three-phase alternating-current motor; and a temperature sensor is arranged on the three-phase alternating current motor and is electrically connected with the motor controller. According to the invention, the heat dissipation requirements of the hybrid power special engine and the hydrogen fuel electric pile can be well met.
