The invention discloses a parking lot advanced prediction method based on multi-source information fusion, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a historical sequence data set of a parking lot, and the traffic flow and parking space data of the historical sequence data set are traffic flow data of a road where an entrance of the parking lot is located and parking space information of the parking lot, which are collected at preset time intervals through employing a YOLOv5 detection network; a CLA-R prediction model is constructed; the prediction model comprises an input layer, a CNN layer, an LSTM layer, an AM layer and an output layer which are connected in sequence; in the model training process, the learning rate is adaptively adjusted by using an RAdam optimizer; training and verifying the prediction model to obtain a trained prediction model; the user side inputs the name of a parking lot needing to be predicted, and through the trained model, the traffic flow number of the road where the entrance of the parking lot is located and the number information of unoccupied parking spaces of the parking lot in the future preset time period can be obtained. The method can accurately predict the future information of the parking lot.
本发明公开了一种基于多源信息融合的停车场超前预测方法,包括构建停车场历史序列数据集,其的车流量、车位数据为利用YOLOv5检测网络每隔预设时间间隔采集停车场入口的所在道路的车流量数据及停车场的泊位信息;构建CLA‑R预测模型;预测模型包括依次相连的输入层、CNN层、LSTM层、AM层及输出层;在模型训练过程当中,使用RAdam优化器来自适应的调整学习率;对预测模型进行训练及验证得到训练好的预测模型;用户端输入需要预测的停车场名称,通过训练好的模型,进而能够得到未来预设时间段内的停车场入口的所在道路的车流数量、停车场空余车位数量信息。本发明能够准确预测停车场未来信息。
