The invention provides a monitoring device and method for three-dimensional laser scanning tunnel inverted arch deformation. The monitoring device comprises two rails, a monitoring vehicle is arranged on the rails, measuring devices are arranged on the two sides of the monitoring vehicle, a fixing device is arranged on one side of each measuring device, a cleaning device is arranged on each fixing device, a lifting device is arranged on the monitoring vehicle, and a rotating mechanism is arranged on each lifting device. The fixing and moving of the monitoring vehicle are controlled by controlling the expansion and contraction amount of the air cylinder, meanwhile, whether the cleaning device abuts against the track for cleaning or not is controlled, and the phenomenon that the three-dimensional laser scanner shakes or the measurement result is inaccurate is avoided. Through the three-dimensional laser scanning technology, after computer processing, the space coordinates of the mark points are obtained, the deformation amount of the area in the tunnel can be obtained according to comparison of the front space coordinates and the rear space coordinates, when the deformation amount exceeds a set threshold value, the alarm device gives an alarm automatically, tunnel deformation can be monitored in real time, and the tunnel deformation monitoring device is suitable for application and popularization.
本发明提供一种三维激光扫描隧道仰拱变形的监测装置及其监测方法,包括两个轨道,轨道上设有监测车,监测车两侧设有测量装置,测量装置一侧设有固定装置,固定装置上设有清理装置,监测车上设有升降装置,升降装置上设有转动机构。通过控制气缸的伸缩量,以控制监测车的固定,监测车能够移动,同时控制清理装置是否抵靠在轨道上清理,避免三维激光扫描仪发生晃动或者测量结果不准确的现象发生。通过三维激光扫描技术,经过计算机处理后,获取标志点的空间坐标,根据前后空间坐标的对比,可获得隧道中该区域的变形量,当变形量超过设定的阈值,报警装置将自动报警,能够实现对隧道变形的实时监测,适合推广使用。
