The invention relates to a resistance-type monitoring patch for deformation of a portal frame of a portal crane, which comprises a patch main body, a bonding layer for bonding with a to-be-monitored body into a whole is arranged on the bottom surface of the patch main body, and a control device, an alarm and at least one group of monitoring units are fixedly arranged on the top surface of the patch main body; the monitoring unit comprises a resistor rod, a positive pole rod and a negative pole rod, the resistor rod is fixedly assembled on the patch body, the positive pole rod and the negative pole rod are distributed in a splayed shape, the two ends of the resistor rod are slidably connected with the corresponding positive pole rod and negative pole rod respectively, and the resistor rod is arranged on the wide opening side of the splayed shape; the anode rod, the resistor rod, the cathode rod and the control device are sequentially connected end to end to form a closed conductive circuit; the control device is used for monitoring the resistance change of the conductive circuit in real time and calculating to-be-monitored figure data according to the resistance change data; the alarm is used for receiving instructions of the control device and giving out corresponding alarms. The resistance-type monitoring patch can be directly and fixedly adhered to the surface, needing to be monitored, of a body to be monitored, and is simple to mount and easy to operate.

    本发明涉及一种门式起重机门架形变电阻式监测贴片,它包括贴片主体,贴片主体的底面设有用于与待监测体粘接为一体的粘结层,贴片主体的顶面固定设有控制装置、报警器和至少一组监测单元;该监测单元包括分别固定装配于贴片主体上的电阻杆、呈八字形分布的正极杆、负极杆,电阻杆的两个端部分别与对应的正极杆、负极杆滑动连接,电阻杆设于该八字形宽口一侧,正极杆、电阻杆、负极杆和控制装置依次首尾连接形成闭合导电电路;控制装置用于实时监测该导电电路的电阻变化,并依据该电阻变化数据计算待监测体形数据;报警器用于接收控制装置指令并发出相应警报。该电阻式监测贴片可直接固定粘贴于待监测体的所需监测表面,安装简单、容易操作。
